Pebbles and marbles, like things on my mind, seem to get lost and harder to find. When I am alone, I am inclined if I find a pebble in the sand to think that it fell from my hand.

Granola Bars
I opened up a Quaker granola bar for Clare to eat and discovered two healthy and vigorous grubs living beneath the wrapper. I gave them to Clare so that she could have something to play with.
That is revolting. You should have taken their picture and posted it on facebook and created a national granola bar scandal. Someone did that with a weird ear-looking thing they found in a Capri Sun package.
