Pebbles and marbles, like things on my mind, seem to get lost and harder to find. When I am alone, I am inclined if I find a pebble in the sand to think that it fell from my hand.

Fun with Missionaries
Spending my evening hiding from Mormon missionaries. It's like a big game of hide and seek, except I will never, ever give away my secret hiding spot.
When we moved in here, people from one of the local churches kept coming to the door and asking us if we spoke Spanish because their church had a Spanish service that they wanted to invite us to. They weren't going door to door. They would DRIVE to our house and then drive away! Like, they saw that someone with the last name Valdez moved in and started hounding us!!! I asked them three times to please not come back because I didn't want the doorbell ringing when the kids were napping. Finally, on the fourth time, I told them that God wouldn't be able to save them if they rang my bell one more time.
